NPI Engineer - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

Job Description 

We are looking for a NPI Engineer who will focus on product- and process development in close cooperation with the R&D department and NPI projects. You will be working in the early phases of launching projects and research activities by providing feedback on initial product drawings & 3D models.  It also includes to evaluate the manufacturing of new products in the prototype stages. 

In addition to this you will be specialized in new manufacturing processes, production strategies and other improvements. You will also become a subject matter expert regarding manufacturing. As a NPI Engineer you also need to have project management skills with vendors and cross functional teams to ensure that the tasks are kept on track and projects released on time. You will have responsibility to create a lean manufacturing environment and have good global cooperation within Nobel Biocare. 

This includes: 

• Creating Cam programs at prototype workshop in NX for our CNC machines.
• Harmonizing manufacturing processes for regular production.
• Lead internal competence training.
• Create and develop drawings for manufacturing process equipment. 

Job Requirements 

• Experience from production engineering in regulated industry, such as medical. 
• Bachelor of Science with a major in engineering or equivalent. 
• Proven understanding of qualification and validation procedures. 
• Experience in Cam programming. 
• Experience from 2D and 3D CAD program. 
• Experience from Siemens NX (CAD/CAM) software is a plus.
